Brusnika Russian Cafe and Bakery

Brusnika, a charming cafe with a beautiful menu, is a testament to the passion of its owner, Tashi and Natalia. Inspired by the wonderful bakeries and cuisines of their homelands, Bhutan and Russia, Tashi and Natalia realised the need for organic Artisan type breads in Bhutan. The cafe had humble beginnings, with Natalia practicing a fusion of Russian style pastries using local grains, including Bhutan's favourite grain, rice. She started to bake for family and friends, and soon dreamed of opening her own bakery. When Natalia and Tashi found a beautiful place with the most amazing view in town, Brusnika Russian cafe and bakery was born. Now, the cafe and bakery serves a charming menu with continental cuisine infused with Russian Flavours.
